I bring to you family style meal plans well because that is who my husband and I cook for....Nicholas 12 and Zachary 9! As an RD I know health comes from balance in life and balance on your plate. Each meal plan features a variety of protein sources, starches, fruits and veggies, healthy fats and reduced salt to create that balance. Serving sizes per meal are based on the assumption that you have eaten breakfast and lunch with a snack or two in between to keep you energized throughout the day. I have tried to keep the meals easy so you can keep you and your family healthy on top of having time for work, sports, band, homework, workouts and a social life (yours and theirs) ....Enjoy!
