Hannah Stenger, RD

Hannah received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from University of Rochester and her Masters of Science in Nutrition from UMass Amherst.  Hannah completed her dietetic internship at UMass Amherst, and recently joined the Pyramid Nutrition team in 2016.

Hannah’s favorite part about being a dietitian is being able to connect with patients and clients to uncover whatever barriers are preventing them from reaching their nutrition goals.  Often our crazy schedules, work/family/life stress, lack of support, and bad experiences with “diets” in the past can get in the way of us having a balanced relationship with food, and our current eating habits can become a reflection of our emotions. Hannah's areas of interest are adult and pediatric weight management, diabetes management, GI disorders including IBS, Crohn's, and colitis, and food allergies.

Hannah enjoys helping clients learn the tools to shop, cook, or choose food with skill and mindfulness, and help them cultivate a way of eating that works specifically for their unique goals.

In her free time, Hannah loves doing yoga, hiking, strength training, cooking good food, and spending time with her two fur-babies.
